appreciating the role of english

We live in a connected world.
As an engineer student or as an engineer or whatever I'll be in the future, I'll have to communicate with other co-workers/students, not only about general interaction but also in technical matters. To do this successfully I, or for that matter any student, has to evolve the way he conveys his thoughts.

Expressing, simple as it seems, is a complex process. First we need to think, then organize them, as in which thought will be expressed first. Then comes the process of converting it into human understandable language. After that, it's not only the brain, but our sound strings that come into play.

I have a problem. If I need to speak upon something or answer somebody, a lot of things suddenly pop in my brain. I have problem getting them in order. And when I speak, all the thoughts come in together, and what comes out of my mouth is a confused set of words, which is not at all human understandable. My throat problem only worsens the situation. All this resulting in my image being formed that of a PH.

I won't say it's not a handicap, but I think I can improve it. Make it better by practice and by careful selection of words. And english is the best way to get things started.
